iPEC Foundation Principle
There Are Two Types Of Leaders. Which One Are You?
Catabolic leaders control others. They tell others what to do, and how to do it. The catabolic leader, in keeping control, keeps the other people in the relationship in a non-powerful position. They typically direct, handle or govern - they dominate to influence.
An anabolic leader, on the other hand, acts as a guide. They lead by showing the way and guide their team in a direction or course that benefits the group as a whole. They are supportive and empowering. The anabolic leader doesn’t control and doesn’t push people, but instead, inspires them by words, action, and by personal example.
What's Your Go-To Approach?
Become an Ideal Leader
The powerful coaching process, Energy Leadership™, is firmly rooted in 7 levels of self-awareness, which will catapult your energy and performance to a level that is perceived by all those around you as the "ideal" for your role.
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. It identifies where you currently sit ... catabolic, anabolic, or a little bit of both.
Forbes Coaches Council recommends the ELI in their top 3 list of “11 Assessments Every Executive Should Take.”
Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment and Debrief for Leaders
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that provides a baseline for your current performance, understanding your strengths as well as limiting beliefs and how you show up under stress.
The insight you’ll gain from the ELI assessment and debrief process will not only change the way you view your work but how you view and approach your entire world.
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment and differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world.
Because attitude is subjective. It. Can. Be. Altered.
You can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness to increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
How Does This Proprietary Assessment Work?
As part of the Energy Leadership™ Index assessment and debrief process, you'll learn about the 7 levels of leadership.
You’ll discover how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. You'll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and discover how to navigate yourself to higher leadership performance.
You can choose to complete the ELI as a standalone tool or proceed with Coaching to become the ideal image of who you need to be as a leader for your situation, division, team, and/or company.
